Kids First Children's Services is expanding in 2012 and a new position exists for a caring and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist in our experienced multi disciplinary children’s health team.

With a wide client base, Kids First offers a varied Speech Pathology case load that includes both individual and innovative small group programs.
In addition to supporting mainstream children with a diverse range of literacy and language needs, Kids First is also an Early Intervention Panel member providing support to eligible children with disabilities under FaHCSIA’s Helping Children with Autism and Better Start initiatives
Kids First’s children's health professionals are supported by a capable and efficient administration team who manage bookings, invoicing, payments and resources.
This role will suit a paediatric specialist with a minimum of 3 years clinical practise with children and who:
- Has a high standard of professional and ethical values
- Supports the philosophy & vision of Kids First
- Has the ability to work both autonomously and as a productive, effective member of a multidisciplinary team
- Communicates confidently, both in writing and in person, with parents and other professionals
- Uses current Best Practise methods in therapy
