Special needs networks

When your child has special needs, it can be hard to feel like you ‘belong’ and when things seem easier for other families. Every month, Kids First invites parents of children with additional needs to join us for casual conversation and a chance to meet others who understand the challenges of being the parent of a child who is a little different.

Usually, experts in children’s health, development or learning join us and this informal gathering is a great way to meet them and other families with whom you can develop friendships and support connections.
