Our son Luke is going to school next year and while he is very competent at his work, he struggles socially. We are already seeing positive changes for Luke thanks to the Confident Little Kids program with 'Miss Vickie'.Whereas at the beginning of term he was very challenged by the boisterous boys in the class, he is now very comfortable with the fact that not everyone is as quiet as he is! He looks forward to telling News each week and is very proud of his work - thank you so much for helping him set up for the transition to Big School!

The seminars I have attended have attended have been excellent - I have even attended some twice!! The staff are very friendly and happy to answer your own personal questions. The topics presented are always excellent and timely. You provide an excellent service!

When 7 year old Olivia started at Kids First, her confidence level in reading had dropped. Her reading and comprehension scores were 6 years and 10 months and she was struggling.

In just one term with you, her reading has improved to that of a child aged 8 years and 1 month. She has gone from bringing the same home readers home each night to a girl who looks for new books to read every day. 

Thank you once again for the great programmes you have to offer at Kids First and keep up the very important work you do in promoting kids' confidence and targeting the areas they need help in.

I think it was really helpful at Kids First.

Vickie is my teacher at Kids First and she taught me an easier way to figure out Maths and English problems that I couldn't have solved otherwise.

We would like to say, "thank you" so much for making us feel so welcome on Saturday. We were both very nervous on how Luke would go in the water, new environment, new people etc etc but you, Casey and Carol really made us feel welcome and you also reassured us.

It was so nice to walk in and be greeted by you with such a friendly and happy smile, straight away we both relaxed. Not only were you professional, but we could really see how much you wanted this program to work for the kids and we thank you for that.

Thanks for the yellow Kids First bag. I have told Luke that this is his special swimming bag and it is now hanging up on his bedroom door.
